SMR is a content distribution and advertising company established in 2014. We have distributed and monetized major Korean broadcast content from terrestrial broadcasters, CJ ENM, and others across digital, OTT, and FAST platforms. With exclusive rights to distribute terrestrial broadcast content on FAST, SMR owns a large archive of premium dramas for overseas FAST markets. We have already localized over 300 hours of content, including dubbing and subtitles, and plans to expand its lineup. SMR currently distributes FAST channels in 10 countries, including the U.S., Canada, and Australia. SMR seeks to build partnerships with leading FAST platforms, playout technology providers, media operators.
