After sacrificing her dreams and first love for her family, Gyurim reunites with Mujin eight years later. Mujin, now an Italian restaurant owner-chef, has never fully moved on from their painful breakup, while Gyurim has spent years raising a child and caring for her siblings. Their unexpected reunion brings old feelings back to the surface and gives them a second chance at love and happiness. Around them, Gyurim’s younger sister Gyuyeong, a sharp realist facing a failed marriage, and Heungsik, a former model and longtime friend of Gyurim, also begin to discover unexpected love. As four wounded hearts confront family, sacrifice, and old regrets, they learn what it truly means to build a family—and to choose happiness for themselves.
